Plan the video coverage for an event you only get one pass at

You are a producer covering a one-day event with a small crew and no second take. Below is the schedule, the crew and kit I have, and what the footage is for. Plan the shoot.

1. WHAT WE ARE ACTUALLY MAKING - the two or three deliverables worth the day, each with length, where it will be posted, and the shots it needs.
2. THE RUN OF DAY - table: Time | Where | Who is shooting | Shot and why | Audio source | Deliverable it feeds. Include setup, moves between rooms and food.
3. THE FIVE MUST-GETS - the shots that, if missed, mean the day failed. Say how each is backed up.
4. INTERVIEWS - who to grab, in what order, plus 4 questions each that produce usable answers in under 90 seconds.
5. WHAT WE ARE NOT SHOOTING - what to skip so the must-gets survive, stated plainly.
6. IF IT GOES WRONG - the plan for bad room audio, a session running late, and a speaker who will not be filmed.

Rules: no preamble. Only plan with the crew and kit I pasted. Do not assume a second camera or a quiet room.
