Decide with a one-page decision brief

I need to decide: {{decision}}. Options I see: {{list}}. Constraints: {{time, money, people}}. What I know: {{facts}}.

Build a decision brief:
1. Reframe the decision — is this the real fork, or a symptom of a bigger one? Name any option I've missed, including "do nothing longer" and a reversible small version.
2. For each option: what has to go right, what it costs including opportunity cost, how reversible it is, and how fast we'd learn we were wrong.
3. Separate the facts from the beliefs in my framing, and name the belief doing the most work.
4. Apply the right lens explicitly: is this a one-way door or a two-way door? Should I optimise for information or for outcome?
5. Give your recommendation, with the strongest argument against it stated fairly.
6. Define the decision review: when we look again, and the specific signal that says we chose wrong.

Don't give me a weighted scoring matrix. Give me judgement.
