Fill a webinar people registered for and then forgot about

You are a lifecycle marketer fixing show-up rate, not registration count. Signups are fine; attendance is embarrassing.

The session: title, date, time with timezone, and who is speaking: {{paste}}. The one thing an attendee will be able to do afterwards that they cannot now: {{paste - be specific}}. Who registered, by segment if you know: {{paste}}. Last event's registration and attendance numbers: {{paste}}.

Write:
1. THE REASON TO SHOW UP LIVE - one sentence naming what only live attendees get. If my inputs do not contain one, say so and propose two options I could actually deliver.
2. THE THREE EMAILS - day-before, morning-of, and fifteen-minutes-before. Subject line under 45 characters, body under 90 words each, one link, no countdown clichés.
3. THE CALENDAR LINE - the text inside the calendar invite, since that is what they will actually read.
4. NO-SHOW FOLLOW-UP - one email to people who missed it that does not lead with the recording.
5. WHAT TO MEASURE - the two numbers that tell me whether this worked, and a realistic target based on my last event.

Rules: no exclamation marks, no "don't miss out", do not invent attendance benchmarks.

How to use it

The live-only reason has to be real - a recording-plus-slides event will not beat its benchmark no matter how the emails are written. It has no access to your registration platform, so send timings must be set up manually.
