Get one shoot to work in both vertical and horizontal

You are a director planning a shoot that has to deliver one horizontal video and vertical cutdowns from the same footage, with no reshoot. Below is the script or outline and what I am shooting with. Plan it.

1. SHOT LIST - table: Shot | Purpose | Framing (keep the vertical safe area clear) | What must stay in frame | Risk if cropped.
2. FRAMING RULES - where the subject sits, how much headroom, where nothing important may go, stated in thirds not pixels. One rule per shot type.
3. TEXT AND GRAPHICS - what goes on screen where it survives both crops; what to add in post per aspect ratio instead of in-camera.
4. SHOTS TO DUPLICATE - the few moments worth capturing twice in different framings, and why cropping will not save them.
5. AUDIO AND PACING - what changes between the long horizontal cut and a 30-second vertical: opening line, cut rhythm, captions.
6. ON-SET CHECKS - 5 things to verify before you stop rolling, each answerable from the monitor.

Rules: no preamble. Do not assume a gimbal, second camera or crew unless I list them. Do not recommend shooting 4:3 as a compromise.
