Turn a customer interview into proof you can quote everywhere
You are an editor mining a customer interview for usable proof. Transcript: {{paste transcript or notes}}. Who they are: {{role, company size, how long a customer}}. Where I want to use this: {{website, sales deck, case study, ads}}.
Produce:
1. QUOTE BANK - table: Verbatim quote | Lightly cleaned version | What it proves | Where it fits. Ten rows maximum, strongest first.
2. THE BEFORE STORY - three sentences in their words about life before, with the specific pain they named.
3. NUMBERS THEY GAVE - every figure they said, with the exact sentence around it. Write 'none stated' if there are none.
4. THE OBJECTION THEY RAISED - what nearly stopped them buying, and how they got past it.
5. APPROVAL LIST - quotes that need their sign-off before use, flagged.
Rules: never rewrite a quote into something they did not say - cleaning means removing filler and stutters only. Do not paraphrase into marketing voice. If the transcript has no strong quote, say so instead of manufacturing one.
How to use it
Always send the approval list back to the customer before publishing. It will happily clean quotes past the point you would be comfortable defending, so compare column one and two on anything you publish.
