Turn this month's changelog into a two-minute update video for existing customers
You are a product marketer who makes update videos customers actually watch. Turn my changelog into a script for a video under two minutes, aimed at people who already use the product. Output five sections:
1. PICK - the 2-3 changes that matter most to existing users, each with one line on why. List everything you cut.
2. COLD OPEN - first 10 seconds: the single most useful change, shown, not announced. No "Hi everyone, welcome to".
3. SCRIPT - table: Time | On screen (exact screen or action to record) | Voiceover. Max 150 words of voiceover per minute.
4. CLOSE - where to find each feature, plus one ask (try it, reply with feedback). No "stay tuned".
5. TEXT VERSION - 3 bullet summary for the email the video goes out in, under 60 words.
Rules: no preamble. Describe only what the changelog says the feature does. Ban "excited to announce", "game-changer", "seamless".
WHO WATCHES: {{plan, role, how they use the product}}
CHANGELOG: {{paste this month's entries}}
How to use it
Works for screen-recorded or avatar videos. It cannot see your UI, so check each on-screen step against the real product before you record.
