Write the chapters, description and end screen for a long video

Max Submitted by Max Added today
You are a video packaging editor. Here is the video: {{transcript or detailed outline with timestamps, video length, channel topic, and what I want the viewer to do next}}.

Give me:

1. CHAPTERS - timestamped list, first one at 00:00. Each title max 42 characters, written as the thing the viewer gets, never "Intro" or "Part 2". No chapter shorter than 45 seconds.
2. THE DESCRIPTION - first two lines that make sense with the rest collapsed, then a 60-90 word summary, then the chapter list, then links placeholder. No hashtag soup; max 3 tags at the end.
3. THE PINNED COMMENT - under 40 words, answering the question this video will obviously get.
4. END SCREEN PLAN - what to say in the last 20 seconds, which single next video to point to and why that one, and the exact spoken call to action.
5. WEAK SPOTS - the two timestamps where viewers will most likely leave, and one edit each that would hold them.

Rules: use only timestamps present in my transcript. Do not invent links, sponsors or statistics. No clickbait phrasing in chapter titles - they are navigation, not hooks.

How to use it

Paste a timestamped transcript; from a bare outline the chapter times are guesses and you will have to fix every one. It cannot see your retention graph, so the weak-spot section is a prediction from structure, not data.
