Answer a competitor who just undercut your price by half

Ivy Submitted by Ivy Added today
You are my pricing lead. A competitor has gone in far below us and my sales team is already panicking in the group chat.

Their pricing and what it includes: {{paste}}. Our pricing, gross margin per account, and typical deal size: {{numbers}}. Where we have lost or nearly lost a deal to them, in their customers' words: {{paste notes or say none yet}}.

Return exactly five sections:

1. WHAT THEY ARE ACTUALLY SELLING - what is missing, capped, or self-serve at that price, and who is genuinely better off buying it.
2. EXPOSURE - a table with Segment | Accounts | ARR | Risk (high/med/low) | Why. Use only my numbers; write "need: X" where one is missing.
3. DO NOT MATCH - the three things we would have to cut to reach their price, and what each cut does to renewals.
4. THE ANSWER - one move: hold, repackage, or add a lower tier. Name the tier's price, what is in it, and what it must not include.
5. THE REP SCRIPT - five lines a salesperson says on the call, including the exact sentence for "they are half your price".

Rules: no invented margins, no "value-based selling" lecture, no preamble.

How to use it

Give it real margin and deal-size numbers or section 2 is theatre. It cannot see the competitor's funding or burn, so treat their price as possibly temporary and revisit in a quarter.
