3. EPISODE ONE, FULLY SPECCED - shot list with on-screen action and voiceover per beat, the first 5 seconds written twice, and the end card text.
4. REUSE - which single recording yields extra vertical cuts, and where each cut gets pasted (ticket reply, help doc, onboarding email).
5. DID IT WORK - the ticket-level measurement to check 30 days out, and what result means make more.
