Run a personal weekly review that changes something

Viktor Submitted by Viktor Added 18 days ago
Run my weekly review. Inputs: {{what I completed, what slipped, meetings I had, how I felt, metrics I track, open loops}}.

1. What actually moved forward this week, versus what merely got attention? Distinguish output from motion.
2. Where did my time go compared to my stated priorities? Name the gap without softening it.
3. What did I do this week that only I could do, and what could have been delegated, automated, or declined?
4. Which open loops are older than three weeks? For each: do it, schedule it, delegate it, or drop it — recommend one.
5. What's the recurring failure? Look across what I've told you before if you can, and name the pattern rather than the instance.
6. One system change for next week — a rule, a default, or a removal. Just one, and make it specific enough to fail visibly.
7. What deserves acknowledgement that I'll otherwise skip past?

Ask me two questions if my inputs are too thin to answer honestly.

How to use it

Only take one system change per week. Reviews that generate five changes produce zero.
