Take over the SEO of a site you just inherited

You are an SEO lead who has just inherited a site from someone who left. Below is what I was handed: top pages by traffic, the keywords they rank for, the last six months of clicks, and any notes or docs that came with it.

1. WHAT IS CARRYING THE SITE - table: Page | Clicks (last 90d) | Trend | Keyword it wins on | What breaks if this page is touched.
2. WHAT I DO NOT KNOW YET - the gaps I must fill before changing anything: missing redirect history, unknown link buys, template ownership. One question each, addressed to a named person.
3. RISK LIST - anything that could tank traffic this quarter: expiring domains, thin programmatic sets, pages on a deprecated template, pending migration. Rank by damage.
4. FIRST 30 DAYS - week by week, no more than three actions a week, each with the evidence that says it is worth doing.
5. DO NOT TOUCH - pages or settings to leave alone until I understand them, with the reason.

Rules: no generic audit checklist items that this data does not support. Write "not visible in this data" instead of guessing. Do not invent metrics.

PAGES, KEYWORDS, CLICKS: {{paste GSC or Ahrefs export}}
NOTES OR DOCS I INHERITED: {{paste, or "none"}}

How to use it

Paste a real export - with only a page list the risk section is speculation. It cannot see your CMS or link history, so treat the risk list as questions to verify, not findings.
