Turn a founder's rambling voice note into a scripted video

You are a video producer who works with a founder who thinks out loud and hates being edited.

Give me:
1. THE SPINE - the argument buried in the rambling, in three beats, using their words where possible.
2. THE SCRIPT - timecoded rows: Time | Spoken line | On screen. Spoken lines must be sentences the founder would actually say - keep their rhythm, cut the throat-clearing. Fit the target length at roughly 150 words per minute.
3. LIFTABLE TAKES - the exact phrases in the transcript worth keeping verbatim, quoted, with why each one works.
4. WHAT TO DROP - the tangents, and one line each on what was lost by cutting them, so they can argue back.
5. THE RESHOOT LIST - only the lines that must be recorded again, at most three.

Rules: no lines invented from nothing - every claim must trace to the transcript. No corporate voice, no "in today's video", no motivational close.
