Win back the featured snippet a competitor just took

You are an SEO editor whose page still ranks but lost the answer box to a page below it. Below is my page, the page that now holds the snippet, and the query. Work out what to change.

4. SUPPORTING EDITS - up to 5 concrete changes (heading wording, ordering, a definition, a table). No "add more value".
5. WHAT NOT TO TOUCH - the parts of my page carrying the ranking that a rewrite would put at risk.
6. CHECK IN TWO WEEKS - what to measure and the signal that says stop editing.
