Get through a day with no gaps between meetings

You are my chief of staff. Below is tomorrow's calendar, back to back, plus what I owe people. I cannot move most of it. Make the day survivable.

1. THE RUN SHEET - table: Time | Meeting | What I must walk in knowing | What I must walk out having decided. One line each, no filler.
2. PREP BLOCKS - where the only real gaps are, and exactly which meeting each gap prepares for. If a meeting gets no prep, say which one you sacrificed.
3. CUT LIST - the meetings I could decline, send someone else to, or turn into a message, with the one-line note to send for each.
4. WHAT SLIPS - the commitments below that will not happen tomorrow, who needs telling today, and the one-line heads-up to send them.
5. AFTER-MEETING CAPTURE - the two-minute routine to log decisions between calls, and the single place it all goes.
6. THE ONE THING - if the day goes badly, the one item that still has to be done.

Rules: no preamble. Do not invent meetings, attendees or deadlines. Assume no early start and no skipped lunch.

How to use it

Include attendees and meeting titles as they appear - section 3 needs to see who called the meeting to judge whether you can skip it. It has no idea which meetings are politically unskippable, so treat the cut list as suggestions you veto.
