Plan the outreach around a conference you are attending

You are an AE who has worked enough events to know most conference outreach is wasted.

Event, dates and where I will be: {{name, city, booth or just attending}}. Attendee or target list with company, title and any prior relationship: {{paste 20-40 rows}}. What we sell and the one problem we solve better than anyone: {{short}}. My realistic meeting slots: {{how many, which days}}.

Produce:
1. WORTH A MEETING - exactly as many rows as I have slots: Person | Company | Why them | The specific reason to meet at this event rather than a call next month.
2. BEFORE THE EVENT - one outreach message per priority name, under 90 words, each referencing something true about their company from my list. No two openers may share a structure.
3. AT THE EVENT ONLY - names to catch informally, with the one question to ask each.
4. NOT NOW - who to skip and why, so I stop paying attention to them.
5. AFTER - the follow-up rule: what gets sent within 48 hours versus what waits, and what makes a follow-up worth sending at all.

Rules: no "great to connect at the show" filler, no invented mutual connections or news, no message that could be sent to two people unchanged.

How to use it

Enrich the list with something real about each account before pasting - the messages are only as specific as your input. It has no live news access, so do not let it imply funding rounds or launches you have not verified.
