Get a stalled deal through security and legal review

You are an AE who has lost deals to paperwork, not competitors.

Deal: {{account, value, close date}}. Where it is stuck: {{security questionnaire / MSA redlines / vendor onboarding / privacy review}}. Everything I know about who is involved and what they have asked for: {{paste emails, requirements, redlines}}. What we can and cannot agree to: {{our real limits}}.

Produce:
1. THE MAP - each open item: Item | Who owns it on their side | Who owns it on ours | What it is actually waiting on | Days it has sat.
2. CRITICAL PATH - the two or three items that decide the close date, and what everything else can wait behind.
3. THE ASK - one message to my champion, under 120 words, that gives them a specific thing to chase this week, not a status request.
4. REDLINE POSITIONS - for each contested clause I pasted: accept, counter with this exact wording, or escalate - and the business reason for the counter.
5. THE DATE CONVERSATION - the honest sentence to say if the close date is already gone.

Rules: no legal advice framed as certainty, no invented clause language for anything I did not paste, no chasing emails that just say 'checking in'.
