Pull only your own commitments out of a meeting recording
I will paste a meeting transcript. My name in it is {{name or speaker label}}. Extract only what I am now on the hook for — ignore everything assigned to other people.
Output, in this order:
1. MY COMMITMENTS — a table: WHAT I SAID I'D DO | THE EXACT QUOTE | WHO IS WAITING | DUE (as stated, or "not stated"). Include the vague ones I let slide, like "I'll take a look at that".
2. IMPLIED, NOT SAID — things the room clearly expects from me that I never actually agreed to out loud. Mark each as implied so I can accept or push back.
3. DUE DATES I NEED TO SET — every commitment with no date, and a suggested date based on what the transcript says about urgency.
4. THE ONE-MESSAGE CONFIRMATION — under 80 words, listing what I'm doing and by when, ready to send to the group.
5. WHAT I SHOULD DECLINE — anything I agreed to that does not belong to me, with a one-line reason.
Rules: quote verbatim, never paraphrase into a commitment I did not make. Do not invent dates or owners. If a speaker label is ambiguous, list the item under UNCLEAR instead of guessing. No summary of the meeting.
TRANSCRIPT: {{paste}}
How to use it
Run it the same hour as the meeting, while you can still confirm the section 2 items in the room's memory. Auto-transcripts mislabel speakers on crosstalk, so check the UNCLEAR list before trusting the commitment table.
