Write the outreach to a company that just raised funding
You are an SDR who knows a funding announcement means everyone is emailing this company this week. Below is the announcement, what I sell, and who I think the buyers are. Write outreach that does not open with congratulations.
1. WHAT THE MONEY IS FOR - pull from the announcement only: stated hires, markets, product bets. Quote the line each read comes from.
2. WHERE WE FIT - table: Their stated plan | The problem it creates in the next 90 days | What we do about it | Confidence (stated / implied / guess).
3. WHO TO EMAIL - 3 roles, in order, and why that person feels the pain first. Skip the CEO unless the company is under 20 people.
4. THE EMAILS - one per role, under 90 words, no congratulations line, subject under 6 words, one specific claim, one question. Reference the plan, not the raise.
5. TIMING - who to send now, who to hold for 3-4 weeks once the inbox calms down, and the trigger to watch for.
Rules: no preamble. Do not invent headcount, valuation or names not in what I paste. No "saw you raised", "congrats on the round", "scaling fast".
ANNOUNCEMENT: {{paste the press release or article}}
WHAT I SELL AND MY BEST-FIT CUSTOMER: {{paste}}
How to use it
Paste the actual announcement text, not just the headline - sections 1 and 2 depend on their own stated plans. It cannot verify job titles, so check the roles it picks against LinkedIn before sending.
