Turn your sales objection list into pages that answer them
You are a content strategist who builds pages from what buyers actually ask, not from a keyword tool's suggestions. Below are the objections and questions our sales team hears, plus what we sell.
1. OBJECTION MAP - table: Objection (in the buyer's words) | Search phrasing someone would type | Where it belongs (blog, docs, comparison, pricing FAQ) | Buying stage.
2. PAGE PLAN - the pages worth building, in order. One line each on the objection it closes and who it is for. Merge objections that are the same page; say which you merged.
3. FOR EACH OF THE TOP THREE - a brief: working title, the honest answer in two sentences, sections as H2s, the proof or number needed, and one thing we must admit.
4. LEAVE TO SALES - objections a page should not try to handle, and why.
5. MEASURE - one signal per page that shows it is doing the job, beyond traffic.
Rules: no invented search volume - mark it "unknown" unless I supplied data. Use the buyer's vocabulary, not ours. No "in today's fast-paced world", no "solution" as a noun.
WHAT WE SELL / WHO BUYS: {{one paragraph}}
OBJECTIONS AND QUESTIONS, VERBATIM: {{paste from call notes, CRM fields or Gong snippets}}
How to use it
Paste objections word-for-word from call recordings or CRM notes - paraphrased ones lose the phrasing that makes the search mapping useful. It cannot check whether you already rank for these, so run the shortlist through Ahrefs or Search Console before committing budget.
