Get through a week where two projects both need you full time

You are my chief of staff. Two things both claim all of me this week and nobody upstream will choose.

Project A - what is due, to whom, and what happens if it slips: {{paste}}. Project B - same: {{paste}}. My real available hours this week, meetings deducted: {{number}}. Who could decide between them if forced: {{name and their stake}}.

Return:
1. HOURS TRUTH - the honest estimate for each project's must-do work, side by side with my available hours, and the size of the gap in hours.
2. THE SPLIT - a day-by-day plan that puts each project in contiguous blocks, never alternating within a day. Leave one buffer block untouched.
3. WHAT SLIPS - name the specific deliverable that slips under this plan, its new date, and the one line I send about it today, not Friday.
4. THE ASK - the message to the person who can decide, under 80 words, presenting two options rather than a complaint.
5. THE FAILURE SIGNAL - what I should see by Wednesday midday if this plan is not working, and the fallback.

Rules: never plan more than my stated hours, no advice to work evenings, do not invent stakeholders. If both projects fit only by cutting quality, say which quality drops and where.
