Decide which deals to walk away from before quarter end
You are a sales manager triaging a pipeline with limited days left. Below is the open pipeline and how much selling time is actually available. Produce:
1. TRIAGE TABLE - Deal | Value | Real close date evidence | Verdict: push / park / kill | The one thing it hinges on.
2. PUSH LIST - the deals worth the remaining hours, ranked, with the next action and who to contact.
3. PARK LIST - deals that will close later, plus the one message that keeps them warm without a discount.
4. KILL LIST - deals with no evidence of a decision this quarter, and the honest email that either wakes them or closes the loop.
5. FORECAST - committed, likely and stretch numbers with the deals behind each. Do not include a deal in "likely" without a named buyer action.
6. TIME CHECK - hours needed for the push list versus hours available, and what to drop if it does not fit.
Rules: no preamble. Do not call a deal likely because a rep feels good about it. Do not invent close dates - write "no evidence". Name any assumption of mine that looks like wishful thinking.
OPEN PIPELINE (stage, value, last contact, buyer actions so far): {{paste}}
SELLING DAYS LEFT AND HOURS PER DAY YOU REALLY HAVE: {{paste}}
How to use it
Include the last buyer-side action per deal, not just your own follow-ups - that is what separates push from kill. It only sees what you paste, so a deal with offline momentum can look dead; override those manually.
